Word up OX4ers
The lovely peeps behind radicalx suggested that we set up remote file access for Drupal users. So we did.
You can talk to our servers using secure ftp. You'll need an sftp client. In most linux distributions this is built in (places | connect to server is a good place to look!).
On Windows and Apple Mac machines you can download a bit of software called an ftp client. We like FileZilla which is free (as in beer and freedom) and open source.
The login details you'll need are as follows:
| Server | ox4.org |
| Protocol | SFTP or SSH or Secure FTP |
| Username | your-username |
| Password | your-password |
When you log in you'll find you're in your "home directory". You can't do anything to the files in this directory. But you can upload files into the files, themes and modules directories. This means that you can install any of the thousands of modules and themes available over at Drupal.org .
